Shauna A. Lozano’s area of practice is civil litigation, where she primarily defends clients in lawsuits involving personal injury, including transportation/trucking accidents, premises liability, and products liability. She further assists clients in government law and in other types of civil matters. A dedicated advocate, Mrs. Lozano secures favorable outcomes for the clients she serves.
Mrs. Lozano grew up in California and received her bachelor of arts degree in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. She received her doctor of jurisprudence degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, a Jesuit university in the heart of the Silicon Valley. While in law school, Mrs. Lozano was awarded the Justice John Paul Stevens Public Interest Fellowship and further earned the Social Justice Certificate. Her commitment to leadership, service, and excellence translates into her high-level defense of every client today, Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam.
Shauna A. Lozano lives in Harlingen, Texas with her husband and son. She serves her community as a member of the Junior League of Harlingen. She is also a member of Texas Women Lawyers, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and the Cameron County Young Lawyers Association.
