Mr. Thompson is a partner in the Houston office focusing primarily on litigation with an extensive trial background. He has handled cases in both state and federal court focusing on representing businesses and individuals involved in commercial litigation disputes. He has handled commercial litigation claims involving:

Negligent misrepresentation

Patent infringement claims
Additionally, Mr. Thompson has represented manufacturers and premises owners in asbestos litigation as well as other toxic torts and has authored on the subject. He also has experience defending and investigating claims resulting from oilfield and maritime casualties, products liability and other personal injury claims.
