The Firm regularly represents employers and their insurers with respect to claims under the Longshore and Haborworkers’ Compensation Act before administrative conferences, in hearings before administrative law judges, and on appeals to the Benefits Review Board and federal appellate courts. This Section also handles litigation arising out of the Federal Employers Liability Act.
