Mr. Olvera is an experienced litigator and associate attorney in the San Antonio office. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, to include personal injury defense, insurance defense, wrongful death litigation, premises liability litigation, and construction defect litigation.

Prior to joining Royston Rayzor, Mr. Olvera worked in insurance defense, public utility, and municipal law. During that time, he gained experience in mediation and litigation at trial. He was included in S.A. Scene’s List of Best Lawyers in San Antonio in 2023.

Mr. Olvera is a San Antonio native and graduate of Sandra Day O'Connor High School. He received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating manga cum laude in 2017. He then attended St. Mary's University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2021.

During his time in law school, he gained valuable experience through a judicial internship with the Honorable Patricia Alvarez, Texas Fourth Court of Appeals. Mr. Olvera was a Staff Writer on the St. Mary's Law Journal and later served on its Editorial Board. He also served as the President of the The Federalist Society at St. Mary's Law.
